In my device pool two devices are there.The username and password is perfectly correct and verified still this issue is coming even with unattended bot runner it is showing same issue. When there was only 1 device in the device pool it was working perfectly but from when this device is added with correct username and credentials this issue is coming

​@soumyadeep_c The error appears to be with the bot runner’s username/password, NOT your control room username/password. 

Use the “whoami” command from a command prompt to determine the machine’s domain\username. The password can sometimes be left blank, and sometimes is required depending on your environment.
