Can you check is the file available in the said path? Secondly you are not running the bot from Step 8?

Gotcha, so the error says it couldn't find the Session "customers.csv" when you ran the bot from Step 8. If you want to test the excel package run the bot from Open stage don't execute Excel Package commands in between because session will not be created.

Hi Chandu. If I get your point, I can run just step 7(which is open csv)? But it stuck there forever, and finally told me some unknown error.. I tried to create another bot and open+close a csv. it stuck at the open stage too. (I make sure I browse and select the file, so the path should be correct, and the session name is consistent in both open and close). Thank you again!

Can you create a new bot like below and confirm? It should Open & Close the excel without any issues.

Same will work for .csv as well. Checkout below Screenshots

Can you restart Bot Agent Service and give a shot?

1. Open Run Command
2. services.msc >> Enter
3. Right Click on "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" Service and Restart

Hi Chandu. Thank you for your reply. The file path is correct and the file is in that path. I clicked 'run from here' at step 9. The system pops up error says something wrong in line8.
