2 Issues with the automation

Hello everyone,

I am having issues with Automation Anywhere and would appreciate some help. I would also like to clarify I am using macOS.
 

The first and main issue is with the bot running. Whenever I am capturing items from a webpage, the automation is paused until I manually open the webpage and have the items I want to capture visible on my screen.

Even if the tab is open and when run in background is checked, it does not seem to capture the item. An example is when I open an Excel file and then open browser. It stays on the screen of excel file and does not do anything until I manually go to Chrome.

Even when I am on Chrome I have to keep clicking on the tab if I want to capture items which is problematic as I want it to capture without me manually clicking all the time to have it on my screen.

The second issue is with the recorder icon capturing things in another window. It keeps returning an error stating an unexpected problem and asks me to refresh window list. I tried disabling and re-enabling the extension, all permissions to my knowledge are taken care of, and I reinstalled and reconnected my device twice.
