- Can you try restarting all the AA services? for this,
- go to services.msc on your machine.
- Right Click on “Automation Anywhere Bot Agent”
- Click on restart
- wait for 2-3 minutes, close the AA workbench and try logging again and check

There is no device available

I am trying to add a device for the first time. But I am getting the above error
Are you able to open the control-Room in the runner device ? Control-Room on-prem or Cloud?
Verify of you are using a proxy or if the device is behind a firewall.
Also in the botrunner you can perform the AADiagnistic Utility to identify the issue.
