I am getting an error like above, can you help?

Hi @Jumelless ,

  • Can you try restarting all the AA services? for this,
  1.      go to services.msc on your machine.
  2.      Right Click on “Automation Anywhere Bot Agent”
  3.      Click on restart
  4.      wait for 2-3 minutes, close the AA workbench and try logging again and check

This should resolve the above issue.

The solution you suggested did not work

@Jumelless : Have you tried removing the current device and tried adding it again?

I am trying to add a device for the first time. But I am getting the above error

@Jumelless  V11 or A360 ?

@Jumelless

Are you able to open the control-Room in the runner device ?  Control-Room on-prem or Cloud?

Verify of you are using  a proxy or if the device is behind a firewall.

Also in the botrunner you can perform the AADiagnistic Utility to identify the issue.
