system prerequisites based on your deployment model:
- Cloud: Automation 360 Cloud prerequisites
- On-Premises: Automation 360 On-Premises prerequisites
- Community Edition: Set up Community Edition
Please reach out the CSM in automation anywhere or you can create to the support ticket to get the more details about the cloud setup of A360.

Actually I am new to this platform and know very little about the enterprise edition. My system is not meeting the Automation 360 On-Premises prerequisites so i want to use the Automation 360 Cloud . You have told me to reach out the CSM in automation anywhere, so i really don’t know what is CSM? and how to raise tickets ? can you please guide me how to do it?
