How to move from Cadet to Navigator?

Hello Pathfinder Community,

I am excited to be part of this community. I completed the Citizen Developer Start Phase and earned 115 points in University.

I am currently at Cadet level and trying to reach Navigator to earn 2 system badges. I have also been active in the Community (36 points, Rank 1 in leaderboard).

Could someone guide me on what is the next best Quest to complete for Pathfinder points? Any tips for beginners would be really helpful.

Thank you!
