I am currently participating in the Automation Anywhere Master Certification examination and facing critical issues in the AA360 Community Edition, which are hindering my progress. Until last week, all my bots were functioning perfectly; however, I have started experiencing the following problems:

1. Excel Actions Issue:
Whenever I use Excel actions (e.g., Open Excel), I receive the following error:
"Not able to connect. Open Excel command. Contact your system administrator."

2. Recorder Action Issue:
While attempting to use Recorder actions, the following error occurs:
"Internal error with Recorder action."

These issues have significantly impacted my ability to complete the tasks required for the certification. With only a few days remaining for submission, I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving these problems.
