Unable to renew certifications

About a year ago I had to work with support to merge my community accounts, as some stuff was under my personal email while others were under my work email.

I just received the email notice to renew one of my certifications. The email came to my personal inbox, but when I attempt to take the recert exam it states my original certification was under a different login. As I am no longer with that employer, how do I now move all certs over to my personal email address?
