Subscription Issue

I’ve been trying for the past few days to enter the Citizen Developer Practitioner (Subscription): Citizen Developer Practitioner Training | Automation Anywhere University and Advanced BOT Developer (Subscription): Advanced Bot Developer Training | Automation Anywhere University, both of which require a Learning Subscription Activation Code, which I have. I cannot find where to enter this code to access either learning trail.

I feel like I looked everywhere. I sent 2 emails to Support, I called the support line and left a voicemail (nobody was available). I’m pretty frustrated at this point so if anyone at all can help, id would be very much appreciated.
