Hi, I am trying to process a PDF but the data download does not occur. I have changed the version of the “downloadbot” bot package and the problem persists.

Hi @Oscar Enrique García Pacheco,

check the Bot Runner logs.

The Bot Agent log files are available at C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\BotRunner\Logs on your device.

Bot_Launcher logs:

Captures information about the execution of a bot such as the operations performed, events triggered, and errors encountered by the bot.

The filename now includes the name of the user running the bot on the Bot Runner. For a multi-user session machine, there will be a bot launcher log per user.

Cheers

Marc

Hi @Oscar Enrique García Pacheco did you check the bot runner logs Marc mentioned? Were you able to get this sorted or are you still seeing issues?

It was because I had installed the comunnity version, I did a pure installation (I deleted folders) and with eo it worked.
