Refund of the money paid for exam

I hope you are doing well. I recently purchased the Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (Automation 360) certification for $80.00, but unfortunately, I was unable to take the exam due to a medical emergency. I was diagnosed with dengue fever, which prevented me from proceeding with the certification as planned.
