Similarly to Please improve the Essentials Automation Certification - 2024 Course Organization, it would help if the Advanced course was organized as well.

Please note if you click on the Start Certification button on https://upskill.automationanywhere.com/courses/advanced-automation-certification but you haven’t yet completed the pre-requisites then it will pop an error message and then take you to https://upskill.automationanywhere.com/learn/, ideally if the pre-requisite wasn’t satisfied it would instead take you to https://upskill.automationanywhere.com/learning-paths/automation-developer-career-quest-accelerate-phase so that you can begin the satisfy the pre-requisite requirement.

At the time I wrote this post I had not yet completed all the pre-requisites so I may provide updates and recommendations for the Exam Topics tab as to the order I might put them in but I’d certainly take any feedback/recommendations on order to complete the videos and what to study in the documentation for successful completion of the exam.

You’re on a roll! I’ll get this escalated as well.  😁

Haha  Thanks, I really do value the courses. It’s just needing some polish on the organization. I’m trying to understand how it’s structurally organized so that I can prepare myself properly.  Definitely want to see how AA can help improve how I do things as a Community Manager.  And I definitely understand the challenges that Salesforce can provide with respect to configuration.

@arjun.meda I’m working on https://upskill.automationanywhere.com/learn/video/accelerating-with-document-automation-with-generative-ai and the steps shown don’t exist with the current UI.  Learning Instances is now under AI > Document Automation. The steps shown in the video do not match what is possible in the current Control Room UI for me to follow along and replicate as far as I can tell. Starting at the 1 min 50 second mark.  @Aaron.Gleason does a great job of instructing these examples through videos.

“Search query for generative AI Model” field at the 4:56 mark in the video doesn’t exist for you to edit.

You are correct. The UI changed between when the video was recorded and now. When we have a moment, we will re-record the video with the new UI, but we are a bit backed up at the moment.

Also, thank you for the kind words! I do my best.  😁
