How to I obtain the correct licenses to continue the End-to-End process module?

@chrisAGP - I've checked the Control Room and you have the correct permissions to be able to select a Team as Matt said:

When in the Process Composer, select the process and choose “Team” in the request assigned group section and select any team. You’re correct you don’t have the permissions to select a role but can still advance in the video by selecting a Team.

Hey @chrisAGP, is there a specific error you are running into?

Everyone has been onboarded with the same access and should be able to complete the end-to-end.

For some reason I do not have the access within my control room to assign or create roles. Ive attached a screen shot to show what i have access to on my dashboard

What part of the video is leading you to look for that? Are you around minute 28 in the end-to-end video?

yes that’s correct and when I switch over to the “Control Room Pre-Requisites” video I do not have the availability to assign and create rolls

Try selecting a team instead. Those in the training don’t have the ability to View or Manage Roles.

Thats the whole point i dont have those permissions in my control room
