Not received any mail regarding certificate on Essential certificate

Sir,I had successfully completed my essential certificate in automation anywhere free course,but still now I didn't receive any mail from it.How can I get my certificates?.I had passed the score of 32 out of 40 questions correctly.It shows ,That I had passed ,but still not received any mail regarding the badges/certificate.
