Hello everyone,

I’m looking for details about the Master Automation Anywhere 360 Certification Exam. Specifically, I have a few questions regarding the exam format and bot management:

  1. Practical and theoretical exam:

    • I understand that the practical exam follows the theoretical one. Do I need to pass the theoretical part first before I can access the practical section?
    • How are the two exams structured?
  2. Bot creation:

    • For the practical exam, are the bots supposed to be created on a workspace provided by Automation Anywhere?
    • Or is it acceptable to develop them in my own environment and then export them to upload to their workspace?

If anyone has already completed this certification or has relevant insights, I’d greatly appreciate your input!

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences or advice. 😊

Hello @Andrea.C1,
Greetings of the day!

Please find below the response to your questions:

  1. Practical and theoretical exam:

    • I understand that the practical exam follows the theoretical one. Do I need to pass the theoretical part first before I can access the practical section? - Yes
    • How are the two exams structured? - The theoretical exam is a multiple choice online exam where you need to pass with 80%. The practical exam has three use cases for which you need to create bots and submit them.
  2. Bot creation:

    • For the practical exam, are the bots supposed to be created on a workspace provided by Automation Anywhere?
    • Or is it acceptable to develop them in my own environment and then export them to upload to their workspace? - You may use your own Community Edition or your organization’s Enterprise Edition to create the bots and then submit them on the Master Certification course in AAU.

Hi @Vatsy ,
The three bots must be uploaded via a ZIP file, just as done during a standard CR export.

what type of use cases are they?

Thks

The bots do NOT need to be uploaded via ZIP file. We link directly to your Control Room. This gives us more information than what is contained in the ZIP file to detect sharing of code (which is a violation). The use cases are general use cases. As long as you know the software reasonably well for standard business use cases, you will easily pass.
