of the 3rd. week, and this exercise take me to prepare the exercise:
but I don’t the authority to creates the Users and the Device Pools.
Do I need to prepare this course or is it only for read and take the information of this course?

Correct. This is an exercise that requires admin privileges. You will have to do this on your own enterprise control room or just watch along.
