Error message:

Unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please 1. Make sure that there are no errors with the dependencies 2. Make sure there is enough disk space on the device for the bot and all of the dependencies 3. Make sure proxy configuration is setup to allow this download URL from this device. Then, try to run the bot again.

Assuming free storage space isn't the issue, try this:

    1. Uninstall your Bot Agent

    2. Manually clean out the c:\programdata\automationanywhere folder

    3. Reinstall the Bot Agent

At this point, there is something interfering with our software. Check your anti-virus and firewall settings to see if they’re inhibiting our communication with the Control Room.

Also check with your IT department to see if they have software that is potentially blocking communication. Our software communicates over port 443 (HTTPS), which is typically not blocked, but that doesn’t mean your IT department’s firewall or DPI software is affecting our software.

You can try this on an unmanaged computer (like a computer owned by you) and/or trying that computer at a public Wi-Fi spot to see what is blocking communication.

@chandrakanth.kummari  Also check webcr_compiler / devices logs to find out root cause
