have not received AA essential certificate after passed (12+ hrs)

I have passed the certification exam for Automation Anywhere Essential but I have not received certificate yet. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

@kauser2137 Usually it takes some time to trigger, if not received drop an email learning@automationanywhere.com
