Hi All, 
I’m unable to launch the Automation control room after installing Automation A360 version V37 (37468).
In my installation log, it shown bad gateway somehow the automation process is running well. Please advise what to do? Thanks

This is quite a common error to receive. If services have recently started, kindly wait for 4-5 minutes to get the environment up and running. Otherwise, Restart the Control room services in the following sequence:

  1. Automation Anywhere Control Room Elastic Search service
  2. Automation Anywhere Control Room Caching
  3. Automation Anywhere Control Room Service
  4. Automation Anywhere Control Room Bot Compiler Service
  5. Automation Anywhere Control Room Storage Service
  6. Automation Anywhere Control Room IQBot Service
  7. Automation Anywhere Control Room Robotic Interface Service
  8. Automation Anywhere Control Room Discovery Bot Service
  9. Automation Anywhere Control Room Discovery Bot ML Service
  10. Automation Anywhere Control Room Messaging
  11. Automation Anywhere Control Room Reverse Proxy
