Hello everybody. All good? I'm studying Pathfinder, I've already received my credentials, and I've already installed the bot on the machine and the extension. However, when I'm taking the class and I create the first bot, the following error appears: "License not found
An Automation Co-Pilot license is required to use this application", I enter the username and password but it doesn't help, and finally this message appears in the browser Control Room "User not logged into the machine.
This may be due to multiple reasons.

1. Check that your username and domain name is correct in the provided device login credentials.
2. Login into the machine as that user before running the bot.
3. Some other users may have logged into the machine.

If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Code: user.not.logged.in

Device username" Thank you in advance for your help.

It sounds like your Bot Agent device credentials aren’t correct.

Bring up a command prompt/terminal/PowerShell window and enter the command whoami and press ENTER. You will see something like this:

mydomain\myusername

Put that value for your username and leave the password blank. For more information, check out our docs page:

Olá. Acabei de fazer isso, agora aparece esta mensagem: O sistema permite que apenas um único dispositivo seja registrado. Se você precisar substituir seu dispositivo existente, exclua-o primeiro.
Se o problema persistir, entre em contato com o administrador do sistema.

Código: devicemanagement.register.validation.single.device

You need to remove your device first then reconnect it. To do this, go to Manage > Devices. On the row with your device, go to the right, choose the three-dot menu, and select Delete. Then reconnect your Bot Agent.

Or, in Portuguese: Gerenciar > Dispositivos. Go to the right menu and click Excluir Dispositivos.

Aaron, não consigo encontrá-lo.

Thanks. I found it, but when I go to delete it, I get the message: "Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment"
I have already deleted the folders and bots I was trying to create.

Use this page that I made for exactly this purpose:

Aaron. Muito Obrigado. Agora funcionou muito bem, não tenho nada a dizer, apenas obrigado.

Fico feliz em poder ajudar. Tenha um ótimo dia!
