Document Classifier Action is missing

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

I have the document automation product in my control room environment. However, I noticed I don’t have the “Document Classifier” Action in the task bot. How can I get this added? I already have the IQ bot package.

Hey Aadewale! As you already have the IQ Bot package, here are a few things I’d recommend checking:

Make sure the Document Classifier package is enabled

  • In your Control Room, head over to the Packages section (see Manage Control Room Packages).
  • Find the IQ Bot or Document Automation package and confirm that it’s enabled. If it’s disabled, enable it and then refresh/restart your Bot agent to see the Document Classifier action appear.

Confirm you have the correct roles and permissions

  • Double-check that your user role in the Control Room allows you to use the Document Classifier action. Sometimes, even if the package is installed, permissions can hide that option from your Task Bots.
  • If you’re not an administrator, your Control Room admin might need to update your role privileges to ensure you can access this feature.

Check for updates to IQ Bot or Document Automation

  • Depending on your version, there might be an update needed for the Document Classifier action to show up in the Bot Creator interface. Make sure your environment is fully updated.

Hope this helps you get the Document Classifier action up and running. Let me know if you have any more questions!
