Whether you're new to document automation or looking to revisit the foundations and practice real-world scenarios, we've got you covered. Please note, in order to do the hands-on practice, you will need access to the Enterprise Control Room.

Here’s what you can expect:

🗓️ Weekly Game Plans: Get step-by-step guidance through curated mini-courses that cover everything from document prep to advanced automation techniques.

📚Exclusive Resources: Access best practices, project guides, and insider tips to make sure you succeed with Document Automation.

➡ Week 1

Week 1 lays the foundation for you to excel in on your Document Automation journey. Our goal this week is to set the stage for where we’re going and set you up for success as we move toward building an end-to-end document processing solution.

Your Week 1 Game Plan:

In Week 1, you'll dive into the basics of Document Automation, focusing on building a solid foundation to confidently manage everything from setup to classification. You'll want to make sure you get through all 4 of these, as the Classification of Documents course is an especially interesting guide to building your own machine learning classification model (don't worry, its not as hard as it sounds!) Complete the following courses:

Then, watch the Introduction to Document Automation coaching session here.

➡ Week 2

In week 2, we'll dive into various extraction methods, exploring everything from basic testing to aliases and generative AI. Plus, we will also go over everything you need to know about setting up your Control Room to deploy robust, human-in-the-loop document processing solutions in a production environment. Sounds exciting, right?

Your Week 2 Game Plan:

These courses are designed to take about an hour to complete in total, and serves as the next step in building upon what you learned last week.

Then, watch the Learning Instances and Extraction Methods coaching session.

➡ Week 3

After completing the Week 3 courses you’ll be able to do the following:
🗒️ Create custom rules that automatically detect and fix errors in your data
🔍 Enhance and enrich extracted data, integrating it with external sources
🛠️ Fine-tune your settings to improve accuracy and efficiency of document processing
📈 Optimize your automations to process high volumes quickly while maintaining precision

Your Week 3 Game Plan:

There are 5 courses in total this week, which will take a little over an hour to complete. At the end of the week, you'll be equipped to build Document Automation extraction workflows that are not only accurate and insightful, but also incredibly fast. 💨

Then, watch the Optimizing and Displaying Results coaching session.

➡ Week 4

Congratulations! You’ve made it to the final week! We’ve loved seeing your progress, questions, and engagement throughout the camp, and have viewed each of your contributions as valued extensions of the training and team. This is the week where all your hard work pays off as you bring together everything you’ve learned into a powerful, end-to-end document automation solution.

After completing this week’s courses, you’ll be able to:
🌐 Build and deploy end-to-end solutions that seamlessly scale across your organization
👥 Understand the "human in the loop" process to ensure accuracy and compliance
🚀 Design flexible workflows that optimize productivity and adapt to real-world challenges
📊 Maximize the enterprise-wide impact of document automation with advanced design strategies

Your Week 4 Game Plan:

This week, we’re focusing on wrapping up with hands-on applications and alternative design strategies to solidify your expertise. With these three courses, you’ll be ready to apply document automation solutions that meet your organization’s unique needs.

Then, watch the Building your Document Automation Project coaching session.

💥 And finally, take the Skill Booster: Once you have completed all the courses in weeks 1-4, it’s time to take the Skill Booster and earn your Document Automation Community Badge.
Directions:

And with that, you have now completed Document Automation Training Camp. Congratulations on your hard work and success. Have questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at community@automationanywhere.com

Hi @Lu Hunnicutt  - I could login to CR yesterday 10/13 using the credentials that was sent in the mail. After changing password, I am not able to login to CR today. I used the option ‘Forgot My Password’ and I didn’t receive the mail though I have been receiving other mails for this training. Would you be able to help with the login issue? Thanks.

I just sent you a private message to get this sorted. These accounts are temporary so when you try to update the PW you’ll experience this issue.

Hi Sudha! We’re excited to have you join us! The invite you’re speaking of is for the LinkedIn Live event. That session is only 30 minutes long. It’s a supplemental meeting to discuss the things you’ve learned by completing the courses on your own and a space for questions if you have any.

Thank you @Lu Hunnicutt

I’ve finished the Week 1 courses. Just to confirm, the 30-minute LinkedIn Live event is the only session for this week’s training camp, correct?

Hi Sudha, apologies for the delay. You’re correct. For this week we only have the 30-min LinkedIn Live event. We will have one next week as well. I’ll be posting all details for week 2 on Sunday.

Our team is new to Document Automaton, and we have all enrolled in this Training Camp.  Is it necessary to go through the Document Automation Developer learning path in addition to this training camp, or will this training camp cover everything?
