🎓 Swag Discussion Series Week 4: Share your “aha!” Moments!

As we wrap up our training camp, we invite you to reflect on your learning journey.  What were your top 3 takeaways, and how do you plan to apply what you've learned in your future projects? Have you figured out a way to solve a problem that's been puzzling you? Tell us in the comments below (and be entered into our final swag drawing)! ⬇️

We’d also like to take a moment to thank you for your engagement with us during the Document Automation Training Camp, and we can’t wait to hang out again soon. Keep your eyes 👀 on the Events Tab, and join us for one of our monthly sessions to keep expanding your skills.

Join us in celebrating last week’s winners: Aditi & Narendra

Congratulations! We will reach out with more details on how to redeem your swag pack!

Hey @Lu Hunnicutt,

First of all I would like to congratulate you and the complete Automation Anywhere team for successfully completing the DATC!

My top 3 aha moments from this training are -

1. Easy to use Gen AI query to extract the data from the unstructured documents.

2. Add our own post processing, customisations, and/or validations within the Document Automation process to enable end-to-end data extraction process.

3. Option to choose between the Template and Neural models to increase the confidence of our learning instance for every data value extracted.

Thanks again for this training camp as it helped us to gain more knowledge and experience in Document Automation. It is really helpful! I can't wait to showcase this newly acquired knowledge to my customers and help them implement Document Automation into their processes.

Reflecting on my learning journey through the Document Automation Training Camp, here are my top three takeaways,

  1. Practical Application of Pretrained and User-Defined Documents:

    • Takeaway: The training emphasized the importance of working with both pretrained documents and creating user-defined documents using aliases. This dual approach enhances flexibility and precision in document automation.
    • Application: I will apply this by customizing document processing workflows to meet specific business needs, ensuring that both structured and unstructured document types are handled efficiently.
  2. Generative AI for Unstructured Documents:

    • Takeaway: Handling unstructured documents with generative AI was a highlight. This capability allows for the extraction and processing of data from documents that do not follow a fixed format.
    • Application: I will leverage generative AI to automate the processing of unstructured documents, such as emails and reports, improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of data extraction.
  3. End-to-End Solution Development:

    • Takeaway: Building an end-to-end solution, from document intake to post-processing, provided a holistic view of the document automation lifecycle. The Process Composer Canvas was particularly useful for visualizing and constructing these solutions.
    • Application: I plan to use this comprehensive approach to develop integrated document automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy across various business processes.

1. I plan to use the GenAI query technique to extract the data from the unstructured judgement documents of one of my law firm customer.

2. I plan to use customised validations to check if the required fields are present in the document as a pre processing step for all my customers.

3. I plan to use both the template and neural model options to experiment with the confidence that I achieve for each of the extracted data value.

The above three aha moments are my three takeaways from this training camp.

  1. AI seems to the future for document automation
  2. Document automation has more use cases than simply invoices
  3. Use cases for AI in the workplace have lots of venues that have yet to be explored.

Hi @Lu Hunnicutt,

Hope you are doing great!

Not sure if I missed it but who are the winners of the Swag discussion for Week 4?
