Hello everyone,

I am new to Automation Anywhere and I am currently going through the tutorial. I am trying to open a CSV file but I am getting an error message "boolean com.automationanywhere.botcommand.data.impl.FileValue.hasFileStreamConnection()”. I have tried uploading the file to the Control Room, and also added the file to multiple locations where I do have access to it. I also rebooted the machine, tried different encodings, checked and unchecked the "Contains headers” option. I have no idea what to try next. I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

@Aaron.Gleason I figured out that the CSV/TXT package was causing the problem. I reverted back to 2.14.1 and it worked fine.

@jasont I haven't seen that one yet, but based on the error, I might check that the file is NOT on a OneDrive mapped folder. If in doubt, move it to a folder like c:\temp

@Aaron.Gleason Thanks for your response. I've tried multiple locations including C:\temp and my user folder. I even uploaded into Control Room, but I keep getting the same error message.

@jasont Then there is some software, like anti-virus software, that is interfering with the system. From a low level of programming, opening a CSV file is very easy. For there to be any error at all means there is something externally interfering with your system.
