If you are an official partner of Automation Anywhere, you will get 2 free attempts by default for all A360 certifications. As soon as you complete the prerequisite courses, the certification test will be available for you. 

In case you failed in both attempts, the certification will get locked for a specific duration, and you need to purchase the same for redoing it.
