Advance certification After payment to enroll. it is not enrolled and asking again for a payment

I have made a purchase to enroll Advance Certification. After payment success, certificate is not enrolled and asking for payment again. I have sent a mail to Learning learning@automationanywhere.com.

Still dint get any response from them. I request your help on priority.

I have purchased the certification; however, the exam access has not yet been enabled. This certification is critical for me to complete within the stipulated timeline.

I kindly request that this issue be addressed on priority, as I have not received a satisfactory response so far. Timely resolution is essential for me to meet my deadlines.
