Hello,

I’ve been following the Advanced Automation Certification path course and when I got to the module “Accelerating with Document Automation and Gen AI PDF” I was asked to download a PDF Document using the link in the description to practice along : https://rpademo.automationanywhere.com/downloads/balloonmortgage.pdf?_gl=1*16x2khc*_gcl_au*MTc2MTUzODg5Ny4xNzY3NjA0NTM3LjE4NTgyOTc0NjQuMTc2Nzg2ODA3Ny4xNzY3ODY4MDc3*_ga*MTA4ODk1MjY5OC4xNzY3NjA0NTM3*_ga_DG1BTLENXK*czE3Njc4Njc0OTckbzEyJGcxJHQxNzY3ODY4MjkzJGoyMyRsMCRoMzM4NTI3NTY0&_fsi=SoDWsdJe

But apparently I’m not able to access it, can anybody tell me where can I find it ?

Thanks

@mohamed.elouehabi The file is there and accessible. HOWEVER, recent versions of Chrome (v143) have changed the PDF viewer, causing it to display PDFs in iframes. The RPA Demo/Developer server does NOT allow its content to be displayed in an iframe.

The workaround is to install the Adobe Reader extension into Chrome. (Other PDF readers may also work but I haven’t tried them.) Firefox and Safari (on Mac) also works fine.

@Aaron.Gleason  Thank you, I did in fact install the Adobe Reader extension into Chrome and was able  to view the PDF.

I appreciate your help.
