AA Advanced Certificate Not Received

I’ve completed my AA Advance Certificate and passed the exam. But haven’t received the certificate. I even checked junk folder. While my colleagues who attempted for the exam previously got the certificate just after the exam.
Can someone please help me with contacting AA for the certificate? 
Because I don’t have access to ticket creation.
