Hi @Dan99!

Could you try running ERIC again or run a task bot with a message box? I initially received the same error, but when I tried the steps mentioned, it worked. Please let us know how it goes.

Hello Dan,

If you are doing this on a company device, it may be that JavaScript execution is disabled. If you have a personal device available, I would recommend trying it on this to see if the JavaScript then passes.

Thanks,

Hey @vimalasuram,

Sure!

If you are using Google Chrome:

  • Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

  • Go to SettingsPrivacy and securitySite Settings.

  • Scroll to Content and select JavaScript.

  • Make sure the toggle is set to Allowed.

If you are using Edge:

  • Click the three-dot menu and select Settings.

  • Navigate to Cookies and site permissions.

  • Under Site permissions, click on JavaScript and ensure it is allowed.

If both of these are already enabled, it may be because you are using a company device, It is worth checking that you have the appropriate permissions to execute JavaScript. Some organizations implement security policies or restrictions that might block script execution. I would recommend contacting your IT department to see if JavaScript is not restricted by a group policy or security software, and that you have the necessary access rights to modify browser or system settings if needed.

At this point, if you have access to a personal device I would recommend trying it there to rule out restrictions.
