Hi Team,

I am trying to import the files(ImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets.zip) into control room but its not importing.

Can anyone help me on this?

Is there any specific error?


No Zaid. No error appearing.

1- downloaded extracthereindownloads_automationanywhere.zip folder.

2- Unzipped above folder

3- Importing ImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets.zip in control room.

Anything is missing?

Do not unzip the folder dImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets.zip]. Try uploading the zip file as-is » Refresh the Private Folders tab and let me know if you encounter any errors.

No ​@ChanduMohammad, we have to unzip the first folder and that there is a Zip folder (ImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets.zip) which needs to be Imported.

After importing the zip, please wait for couple of minutes then refresh the Private tab and check under the APA folder

I meant the same. I've added the zip file name for better clarity.


I tried without zipping both ways. but still not working.

I am waiting from 30 mins and tried logout and login, refresh but no results

Login → Private Folder → Right side you can see Manager → Import and then select the Zip file (ImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets.zip) → Private folder → APATC and in that you can see the imported data

@Abhi 8530  Try downloading the zip file again and give it another shot. If you're using an office laptop, you might also want to try it on a personal device and see if that works.

I think ​@ChanduMohammad , what he is saying is the root folder, ​@Artur.F, Unzip the folder → extracthereindownloads_automationanywhere and then in that you can find ImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets → Import it in the Private tab under Manage


You are probably importing it in the public. Select the radio button as private when importing and import the zip file that has the name - ImportIntoControlRoom_AutomationAnywhereAssets.zip

Do not extract or tamper this file. Just import this zipped up file in the private directory.
This file sits inside the folder that gets downloaded from the resources.

Under the extracthereindownloads_automationanywhere folder, copy the Assets folder to your Downloads folder and give it a try.


it runs but in the final mask there is nothing given over and i have the error message

Did you place Assets folder under your downloads?
Open C:\Users\foa3rt\Downloads\Assets and let me know if you see this folder
