When opening Excel files using excel commands, external add-ins doesn't load. however when I open the same excel file using file open command it loads the add-in. Has anyone found a workaround for this yet?

1. Use Excel Advance
2. In Excel Advance Open Action, there is a check box to load add in
3. Check it and it will work
