Requirements and Steps for Implementing Device Pool in AA360 18xx - On-Premises

Follow these steps:

1. Create a Device Pool:

   • Log in to your AA Control Room.
   • Click on “Devices.”
   • Select “Create device pool” from the top right corner.
   • Enter a unique name for your device pool.
   • Choose “Unattended Bot Runners” from the list.
   • Add the Unattended Bot Runner(s) to the selected devices list.
   • Click “Next” to select the Device Pool Consumers1.

2. Edit Device Pool (if needed):

   • Mouse over the actions icon for the device pool you want to update.
   • Click the edit icon.
   • On the Device Pool Details page, select the order in which your automations will run (either “Round robin” or “Priority”)2
