PRINTSCREEN Key stroke is not working in V11.3

Hi @SreedharTammineni,

If its working in one machine and not in other machine, its probably something do with the machine that is failing, can you please try the below and see if it works:

  1. On some other Windows devices, you might have to press the Function (Fn) and Print Screen keys together when taking a capture of your screen.
  2. Try the combination of “Windows + Shift + S” keys on your keyboard.
  3. Alternatively  "Alt + Print Screen" key combination also takes a screenshot.

Is there any error was occurred during the execution ?

There is no error.
 

after the print screen key stroke, I’m pasting it in the document. But in the document I don’t see print screen. This working on one machine and not working another machine.
