issue regarding excel advance action

I am Automation Anywhere cloud edition user . recently I have been going through some issue regarding excel advance action.

Please help me in this.

Please can you share a screenshot of the Open Excel action ? Check if you able to open manually the Excel file and if the file path is correct.

@kshamata Try using the latest version of the Excel Advanced package.

Make sure that Microsoft Office Excel is installed in the computer that is linked to the bot.
