How to  reinstall bot agent ?

Hi @ajith 2492 ,

The easier method will be is Uninstalling it from the All Programs and Features section then download and install it by clicking on Connect Device Icon from the CR.

@ajith 2492  control panel → all programs → uninstall program → Automation anywhere bot agent 

after uninstall, login into control room and click connect device will download agent software into download folder.. then click on downloaded exe file

after installation, restart your machine
