This issue is with Gmail only, it is working with outlook. Even without this connect action if I'm using send action there also I'm facing error.

You must enable POP settings to automate an email-related task on the Gmail server using the POP3 protocol. refer the URL https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7104828?hl=en/p>
