I am trying to automate freshdesk portal using Automation 360. Objects are not getting captured correctly, left panel specifically. I want to select a drop down down value but object is getting captured, tried Capture action, universal recorder and AI sense. Request help.

Thanks for the reply!
To capture the list I will have to perform the below steps -
1) Click on status field, then only list will appear.
2) Select desired value.
Issue is that the click is not working and so list is not populating.

You might have to switch over to a Hardware click, try toggling the Capture Action to Left Click and see if that works.
If it doesn't that means you have to refine the XPath.

If its items from a Dropdown, then try capturing the List and then toggle the Capture Action over to Select item from list.
Also, make sure that you have refined the XPath, since that is what enables the bot to detect the right items on screen.
