Even though I have enabled extensions for chrome and edge, I am getting error while I am capturing objects? I am using A360 community edition.

Could you select the Salesforce instance from the dropdown under Google Chrome and try with that instead?

If you are trying to load the window toggled to Browser, then it will search for windows in your active browser i.e., if you are using Google Chrome to open the CR, it will only load those tabs which are open in that browser.

If you have an Edge Browser open, then in order to detect it you have to toggle it over to Application and then refresh the windows.

Could you give that a try?

Actually those are not chrome pages, those are edge pages

And that is not salesforce instance, that was my bot edit page
