@jose0604roberto

Try the following

  1. Stop the Automation Anywhere Bot agent service.
  2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache.
  3. Backup the Global cache folder in different location or same folder with different name. (for E.g. GlobalCache_old)
  4. Delete the content of the main Global cache folder not the back up file.
  5. Start the Automation Anywhere Bot agent service.
  6. Try re-running the Bot

Disable the  A360 extension from Edge browser if you are using Chrome.

If above doesn’t work, re-install Bot Agent with administrative grants.  Delete old folders from previous installation:

1. C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent

2. %ProgramData%\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache\embedded-resources

3. C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere

4. C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere

5. C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

6. C:\Users\<your username> \AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

Also, check any related event  in the Event Viewer from Windows.

Hi all.

Maybe this helps.

I just had the same problem. Just for future reference in case you need it, i solved the problem changing the package versión in the next way:

  1. Go to the three dots menu and select Packages

  2. Then select the Recorder Packages

  1. Finally select a previous versión and click on change version button

That's the way I could solve it. I hope I could help anyone.
