CR disconnection issue with device

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Summary Info

  1. CR Build 18371(On Premises)
  2. CR servers are divided into two locations
  3. CR connection itself is not lost
  4. The network in the Azure environment was also operating normally
  5. Some bots are installed and used in the Azure environment
  6. CR domain is not accessible only in some of the Azure being used, and device is disconnected

As a result, I solved it by restarting CR, but
I want to know the cause.
