When I try to connect to my computer it sends me this error.
If I install the agent, let me install the extension, but at the time of making the connection I get that pop-up window.

Note: Previously it was linked users on another computer which was unlinked from the other computer.

Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this:

  1. Uninstall the Bot Agent:

    • Go to the Control Panel and uninstall the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent.
    • Ensure that the Bot Agent service is completely removed from your system.

  2. Delete Residual Files:

    • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere.
    • Delete any remaining files in this folder.

  3. Reinstall the Bot Agent:

    • Download the latest version of the Bot Agent from the Automation Anywhere website.
    • Install the Bot Agent as an administrator.

  4. Device Registration:

    • Follow the device registration instructions provided during the installation process.
    • Ensure that the device is correctly registered in the Control Room.

  5. Install the Browser Extension:

    • Make sure the Automation Anywhere browser extension is installed and enabled.
    • If the extension was previously installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

  6. Check for Corrupted Files:
