Regarding pop-up display when using the recorder function

Looks your device and bot agent haven’t connected yet. Thus, you got a above popup.

Please check out the link and register the device 

Install Bot Agent and register device

1. Make sure you have selected the correct device at the left Side. 

   

    

2. Make sure you entered the correct credentials for the device at your profile under My settings > Devices > Credentials
