Would you be so kind as to explain the issue in detail?
Does the Recorder throw an error when you try to capture an element, or does it capture something it isn't supposed to?
If nothing else works, you have to record the operation using the Playback and Recording option in SAP, which generates a VBScript that you can rely on for performing the operation you want the bot to perform.
