what can I do here to continue it happens on the recorder capture block

Here are a couple of steps to try:

  1. Uninstall, then reinstall the Bot Agent. Try installing it for “All Users”, which requires administrative privileges.
  2. Make sure your anti-virus didn’t block any of the files, like Automation.CSharpDLLWrapper.exe from execution.
  3. Try again with a completely different automation file.

 I have already done it 3 times and when I installed it and connected to the computer it doesnt permit to continue it appears this

Go to Manage > Devices and remove your device. Then reconnect and it will recreate the device entry.

 yes i did it I erased the user and connected I cretated another automation go to ebay.com until there no problem when I introduce the othe block and refresh the windows to selec them again the message..

@JDHQUPS - it looks like the expected package didnt download completely. If you open your windows file explorer and navigate to C:/ProgramData/AutomationAnywhere/GlobalCache/ - just delete everything in there, and try to do your capture again

Thank youo it worked well erasing it all the cache..
