  • Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service
  • Right Click and Restart
• Make sure that the Control Room URL matches the one that you have logged in with and the one that you have added under Administration -> setting -> General. Sometimes, an extra “/#” at the end of the URL can cause preprocessing issues. To fix this, edit the URL and remove “/#” from it2.
• Check if your PGP package is up to date and compatible with your Automation 360 version. You can download the latest version of the package from the Bot Store3.
• Try using a different encryption method, such as symmetric or asymmetric, and see if that works. The PGP package supports both types of encryption, and you can choose the one that suits your needs3.
• If none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact Automation Anywhere support for further assistance. You can submit a ticket through their website.
