while running bot runner for terminal emulator command we zulu platform x64 architecture not responding

On a mainframe programme, I'm working. I'm using the terminal emulator command, however the application is being blocked at one stage and won't move.

I'm attempting to close the pop-up for the bot runner, but it won't go away. I need to open task manager in this case and end the session. I'm receiving an error that says "Zulu Platform x64 Architecture has stopped working" when I'm terminating the connection.
