where the users credentials of Control Room being saved in the data base?

The user's credentials are encrypted and stored in the database. Please check the CR DB's

I think You can find the table name is called USERS, I'm not sure exactly, however, Please create the ticket to the AA support team and they will help you to find the required details from the DB.
