Question

Whenever I try to refresh to get the browser list, it's showing error. I have updated the bot Agent. And updated the extensions also and enabled it. updated the browser also. Still receiving this error. Please help me to clear this error.

Hi @SWETHA S​ ,

 

Can you uninstall Bot Agent and reinstall the Bot agent using Admin rights i.e. Right-click > Run as administrator and give a shot?

I have tried it. Still it's showing the error.​

Done and restarted my lap. Still it's showing the error.​

Verify that the browser extension is installed. You may remove it and re-install from: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/automation-360/kammdlphdfejlopponbapgpbgakimokm/p>
