@Harsha Naik K J Download Botagent installer from control Rom (CR > Adinistration > Settings > Botagent bulk install) and try to run it in Client machine with local Admin previllages.

@Harsha Naik K J Do you have the Botagent msi file downloaded already ? If yes, instal it using the admin previllages. Still have trouble installing Botagent, please reach out to your Infra team
