We are facing following issues for A360 installed with On-Premises Custom/Express options:

1. Unable to see user created Automation_Anywhere folder structure in A360 control room. Path for the folder structure : 'C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Automation Anywhere Files\Automation Anywhere\My Tasks\Automation_Anywhere'

2. Task bots with '.atmx' extension imported from A11.x are not visible in Bots folder of A360 control room. 

 

We are unable to perform migration due to above mentioned issues. In AA 11.2 we had Automation Anywhere Enterprise Client where the folder structure was visible and we were able to edit '.atmx' files which were created on older version of AA 10.x.

The folder structure you have mentioned is for V11 and in A360 we do not have a similar folder structure. You can create any folder under Bots.

 

Also imported atmx files will be available in the public tab not in the private tab.
